Hyperion Treatment Plant Outfall
TechCom International contracted Pacific Tugboat Service to perform much needed repairs to the Hyperion Treatment Plant Outfall. PTS deployed a floating crane, support barges and tending tugs to install rock and slurry to reinforce the one-mile outfall that had deteriorated over the years due to the extreme conditions presented by the ocean environment. PTS personnel and equipment performed at the highest levels of skill and expertise resulting in a successful completion ahead of schedule and below budget with no lost time and zero incidents.
